Terms of Use

SoiPass is a local discovery platform that connects you with local venues and their deals in Thailand. By using SoiPass, you agree to these terms.

SoiPass is operated by Mindstone Labs Limited (Company Registration No. 80692217), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. In these terms, "SoiPass", "we" and "us" mean Mindstone Labs Limited.

Offers are provided and fulfilled by the participating venues, not by SoiPass. We review listings and applications, but we can't guarantee every venue's availability, service quality, pricing or that an offer will be honoured.

SoiPass uses passwordless "magic-link" sign-in — we email you a one-time link instead of a password. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in.

• Deals are provided by venues, not SoiPass, and may change, expire or be withdrawn at any time.
• A deal may have its own terms — a validity window, specific days or times, limits, or other venue conditions. Always check the deal details before you visit.
• We don't guarantee a deal will be available when you arrive.
• Always check the venue's own terms and conditions on-site.
• Saving a deal is for your convenience only — it does not reserve or guarantee the offer.
• SoiPass helps you discover local offers — happy hours, promotions and venue deals. We surface and link to offers for discovery only; we don't validate, claim or process anything on your behalf. Check the offer with the venue before ordering or booking, as offers may change. The venue always applies the final terms.

• A venue page may include photos, a description, opening hours, address, categories, a Google Maps link, a Google rating and review count, and the venue's active deals.
• Venue details can change, and information may not always be current.
• SoiPass may edit, reject, suspend, remove or update venue listings at our discretion.
• Saving a venue is for your convenience only. It does not create a booking, reservation or any relationship with the venue, and does not guarantee availability.

By submitting venue details, photos or offer information, you confirm you have the right to share that content and you allow SoiPass to use, store, edit, review and display it in connection with reviewing, creating, promoting and displaying your venue and its offers.

This isn't an exclusive or permanent transfer of ownership — it's permission to use what you submit to run your listing. SoiPass may refuse, edit or remove submitted content, and we won't upload harmful files or content you don't have the right to share.

• Don't use SoiPass for fraud, scraping, or anything that disrupts the service or other users.
• Don't submit false, illegal, infringing or misleading content.
• Don't abuse the application forms or upload harmful files.
• Don't attempt to access admin tools or other private systems.

We may suspend or remove access for misuse.

• Every venue application is reviewed by our team before anything goes live. Submitting one does not guarantee a listing or approval.
• We may contact you to confirm or refine details.
• We may create draft venue and deal listings based on the information you submit; these are not published until reviewed.
• SoiPass is for real venues — not self-service spam. We may edit, decline, suspend or remove venue or deal content at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or no longer active.

• Some information shown on SoiPass — such as a Google rating, review count or Google Maps link — comes from third parties like Google.
• This third-party information may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable, and SoiPass does not control it.
• A Google rating is not a SoiPass review and should not be treated as one.

SoiPass is an early-stage product, so some features may be incomplete or change. We may add, change, suspend, or stop features (including this entire service) as we develop the product. Today, deals are shown for you to discover, then you check with the venue before ordering or booking, and the venue applies the final terms. We may change how this works in a future release.

SoiPass is provided "as is" during this MVP stage. We do our best to keep information accurate and the service running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that every deal listed is current. To the extent permitted by law, SoiPass isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on venue/deal information.
