SoiPass helps you discover local perks and deals from venues in Thailand. By using SoiPass, you agree to these terms.

SoiPass uses passwordless "magic-link" sign-in — we email you a one-time link instead of a password. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in.

• Deals and perks are provided by venues, not SoiPass, and may change or be withdrawn by the venue at any time.
• We don't guarantee a deal will be available when you arrive.
• Always check the venue's own terms and conditions on-site.
• Saved/favourited deals are informational only for now — SoiPass does not yet have an in-app redemption system.

Don't use SoiPass for fraud, abuse, scraping, or anything that disrupts the service or other users. We may suspend or remove access for misuse.

Submitting a venue application does not guarantee a listing or approval — every application is reviewed by our team. SoiPass may edit, decline, or remove venue or deal content at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or no longer active.

SoiPass is an early-stage product. We may add, change, suspend, or stop features (including this entire service) as we develop the product.

SoiPass is provided "as is" during this MVP stage. We do our best to keep information accurate and the service running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that every deal listed is current. To the extent permitted by law, SoiPass isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on venue/deal information.
